The owners have created an elegant and stylish interior that compliments this apartment beautifully.

From the wishbone chairs, to the lighting and the stunning pops of colour used throughout 

I think this place is perfect.

The Perfect New York Loft

A 1895 former spice warehouse in Tribeca New York has been transformed by

Marie Burgos Design into this breathtaking spacious contemporary loft.

A clever mix of tailored "old world" charm has come together

with both contemporary and rustic elements.

Look at the wonderfully high ceilings, the arched windows, 

the original brick wall, the iron columns. It's just beautiful.

I love the white shaker style kitchen cabinets too.

This home is full of character, comfort and charm.

Perfection.
